Advantage Metal Products quality is key to the success of our business.  Individual pre-production components are inspected to check the accuracy of tooling and machine setup prior to the production of the jobs.  During production, technicians carefully check each step of their work with calibrated inspection equipment and frequent references to blueprints and job routings with special notes that accompany each job.

Technicians use 6, 8, 12,18 and 24 inch calipers, vernier and digital height gauges and granite surface plates located strategically throughout the production facility and in the quality assurance area.  Advantage Metal Products technicians also use the new state-of-the-art Virtek Laser System.  This allows Advantage Metal Products the capability of completing 1st article inspections and repeating jobs at a faster and efficient production time.
